REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
- Custom-made or altered items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
- Anikescouture is not liable for any issues regarding measurements, fabrics, or color differences.
- We will refund or exchange an item if the issue is on our end. Please return the item within 2-5 business days via a reliable courier service. Please note that the courier service is the customer’s responsibility.
- The item returned in good condition will be liable for refund or exchange.
- Refunds will take up to 10 business days.
- We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty upon delivery. You must report any issues within 24 hours with video evidence.
