REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

 

Custom Orders
  • All ANIKESCOUTURE pieces are custom-made to client specifications.

  • For this reason, all sales are final returns, cancellations, and refunds are not accepted once production has commenced.

Deposits
  • Initial deposits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Deposits cover fabric sourcing, design development, and labor allocation.

Measurements & Alterations
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date measurements at the time of booking.

  • Adjustments needed due to incorrect or outdated client measurements will attract additional charges.

  • ANIKESCOUTURE is not liable for fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the client.

Quality & Defects
  • Every gown undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.

  • A final video of the completed dress will be sent for client review before shipping.

  • In the rare event of a confirmed production defect attributable to ANIKESCOUTURE, clients must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photo/video evidence.

  • After review, ANIKESCOUTURE may, at its discretion, offer exchange, partial refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Chargebacks & Disputes
  • ANIKESCOUTURE maintains thorough documentation of orders, communications, and shipping proof.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested with supporting evidence, including signed agreements, payment records, and delivery confirmations.
