Our return policy allows for returns within 3–7 days of receiving the item. Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

We accept custom size, you can send your measurements or book a consultation of $100 with us to have us take your measurements via a video call where we can also discuss your style further and this goes towards your dress deposit.
Yes, for custom orders, we accept deposits. You can pay half upfront and the rest when the dress is done. And if you wish to spread your payment further , we can accept monthly payments. For items on our website , you have to pay in full if you are buying from the website, but if you want to make payments, we will have to send a payment link to you. It takes between 1-15 weeks depending on the dress style and quantity. But we can also work with your event date and expedite.
