PRODUCTION
All dresses takes 2 to 6weeks for production depending on the simplicity of the dress. We process simple dresses within 14 to 18 working days. However, luxury embellished dresses, due to intricate detailing, may take a month or longer to process. Which is why we encourage placing an early order. However, if you want your dress expedited, it will attract extra cost.
FITTINGS
We will arrange a fitting appointment with you once your chosen dress is complete. However, for international clients, we will conduct the fitting virtually using a model with similar measurements, allowing you to assess any needed adjustments before shipping.
PAYMENTS TERMS
1.We require full payment for ready-to-ship and preorder items.
2. We have various payment options on our website to accept payments..
3. Custom orders require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Direct contact with a sales assistant is available for custom orders.
Order Cancellations Policy
We will accept cancellations under the following conditions:
- Full refund if canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation.
- 50% refund if canceled 24–36 hours after payment.
- 30% refund if canceled 36–48 hours after payment.
- No refund for cancellations made after 48 hours from payment confirmation.
In the event of cancellation, we cannot transfer payments to future orders. A new payment will be necessary for each subsequent order.
