How do I determine dress size?
Get the perfect fit! Measure your bust, waist, and hips while wearing a tape measure over your underwear or form-fitting clothes. Then compare your measurements to our Size Chart to find the size that best matches you.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows for returns within 3–7 days of receiving the item. Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Damaged items should be reported immediately. Refunds are processed within 10 working days.
Do you accept payment plans or deposits?
Yes, for custom orders, we accept deposits. You can pay half upfront and the rest when the dress is done. And if you wish to spread your payment further , we can accept monthly payments. For items on our website , you have to pay in full if you are buying from the website, but if you want to make payments, we will have to send a payment link to you. You can send us a message or an email concerning this.
How do I pay for consultation?
The payment link for consultation will pop up after you submit the form. Kindly note that the consultation appointment will be booked only if payment is made. Please check your email constantly for the booking info after payment confirmation.
How do I order?

Do you ship anywhere?
Yes, we ship worldwide through DHL.
What are your shipping details?
We dispatch items using DHL Express with delivery times of 3–7 working days after your dress has been made.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customs charges are your responsibility. Check your address carefully, as we are not liable for lost items due to incorrect addresses.
What if my dress doesn’t fit?
This is why we also put precautions in place. We will take your measurements virtually via a video call, or we follow the measurements given. And when the dress is done, we will fit on someone close to that size and show you. Also, some dresses comes with corset loop, which gives room to lace up the dress to your perfect size.
Can you expedite my order?
We accept rush orders if you communicate your date with us but depending on the type of dress and time it’s needed , it’s extra $50-$200
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping depends on your location and dress weight when it’s finally done.

Do you accept custom orders?
We accept custom size, you can send your measurements or book a consultation of $100 with us to have us take your measurements via a video call where we can also discuss your style further and this goes towards your dress deposit.
How long does processing take?
It takes between 1-15 weeks depending on the dress style and quantity. But we can also work with your event date and expedite.
Will you show me the fabrics to be used for my dress?
Yes , once the process starts for a custom dress , we will send you fabric options to pick your preferred choice.

Are your dresses already available?
Not all , most dresses are made to order, while we have few ready to ship. If you let us know your size and price range , we will be able to send those dresses that are ready to ship. And if you also let us know your event date , we will let you know if we can get a dress ready by then.

We are located in Ibadan, Nigeria , while we ship our items overseas via DHL. We take measurements virtually and fit dresses before shipping on someone close to your size and this has worked for us over the years.
